Bio

Caves Valley Partners (CVP) was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. CVP seeks outstanding risk-adjusted returns through the deployment of capital to opportunistic investments in superior real estate projects located throughout the United States.

CVP accomplishes this mission by capitalizing on the over 65 years of combined experience of its four principals in the real estate investment and development business and on the vast network of contacts and colleagues within the development, finance, political and tenant communities that CVP principals have developed over their careers. CVP identifies real estate projects in all categories, from residential and commercial land development, to mixed use properties, to big box retail centers, and selects projects that demonstrate the potential for success. CVP completes projects either on its own or by entering into joint ventures with carefully selected partners who possess the track record, knowledge, diligence and proven ability to develop and manage a successful project. Each CVP joint venture partner shares CVP’s uncompromising commitment to excellence, ingenuity and integrity, and places a premium on the “experienced capital” that CVP brings to a partnership.
